Mark Divak, president of Leonard Developers & Son, was raised in the custom home building industry. He grew up under the watchful eye of one of Northern New Jersey’s premiere builders, his father, Leonard Divak. As his apprentice, together they built over 300 homes. For the past 45 years, Mark has learned the building process from the bottom up. Leonard instilled the importance of quality workmanship and relationships above all else. Never cut corners and to build as if each home were his own. Mark has built custom homes of all levels in the Northern New Jersey area, including several development communities in Bergen County.
